Color-coated sheets are produced using galvanized sheets, Al-Zn sheets, Zn-Al-Mg, Al-Zn-Mg, Al-Mg-Mn, or stainless steel as the substrate. After surface pretreatment, multiple layers of liquid coatings are applied using roller coating, followed by baking and cooling. Coatings used include polyester, silicone-modified polyester, high weather resistance polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), epoxy, and high-sealing corrosion-resistant systems. These coatings provide excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and formability. The products are widely used in industries such as home appliances, decoration, construction, and automotive.
